Ashley Marie 4 months old

Ashley Marie rolled over today from her tummy to her back! She is getting so big and so much fun. She has started making raspberries, and smiles all of the time. She is getting a bit spoiled though, no thanks to the grandparents :) She wants to be held all day long. We just started putting her in the exersaucer. She lasts maybe 10-15 minutes before she screams her head off. Her scream is pretty loud but nothing compared to Allison's scream when she was a baby. Ashley Marie has started pulling her own binky out of her mouth, she is her own worst enemy sometimes. She loves to suck on her fingers, my arm, and just about anything she can get in her mouth. Her favorite toy right now is a little blue elephant toy that the Easter Bunny brought her. It has crinkly ears and is small enough for her to grab with both of her little hands and pull it up to her mouth to suck and chew on.
I am taking it all in and enjoying my baby's infanthood.  I can't stop kissing her balding head, and I must admit I love to suck her massive cheeks.  She is 4 months old and fits perfectly in her 3 month clothes. She weighs 12 lbs, is in the 50th% rank for weight and 25th% for height. She nurses like a champ everyday at 7:30, 10:30, 2:00, 5:00, 7:30, and one night time feeding between 2-5:00. When I am at work, Paul gives her a bottle of breast milk and she drinks it like a champ. I am proud to say she has not had any formula ever. Both Andrew and Allison had formula their first week of life, although after their first few weeks, they were exclusively breastfed. I am hoping to never give her formula, only when I mix it in her rice cereal, which I was given the green light to start giving. I think I am going to wait until she is 5 months old before I start rice cereal.

My gorgeous baby girl is the light of my life and I love to see Andrew and Allison take such good care of her. I can just picture them in 21 years hanging out in Vegas celebrating Ashely's 21st birthday. It makes my heart flutter just thinking about it. Until then, I will enjoy my binky-sucking, squishy cheek little baby.
